Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viral Slide Post, operated by Primo Technology Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), available at viralslidepost.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Viral Slide Post is an AI-powered content creation tool that enables users to generate short-form video content and slideshows for TikTok and other platforms. The Service provides:

  • AI-powered slideshow and video generation using templates.
  • Text overlay editing, background selection, and call-to-action creation.
  • Export to PNG, JPEG, ZIP, and MP4 formats.
  • Direct publishing to TikTok through TikTok's official Content Posting API.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. TikTok Integration

3.1 Connecting Your TikTok Account

The Service allows you to connect your TikTok account via TikTok's Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). When you initiate this connection, you are redirected to TikTok where you review and authorize the following permissions:

  • user.info.basic: Access to your TikTok display name, username, and profile picture.
  • user.info.profile: Access to your profile link, bio, and verified status.
  • user.info.stats: Access to your follower count, likes, and video statistics.
  • video.publish: Ability to publish videos and photo carousels to your TikTok account.
  • video.upload: Ability to save content as a draft to your TikTok inbox.
  • video.list: Access to your public video list for analytics and publishing history.

You may revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account through the Service or directly through TikTok's app settings (Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions).

3.2 Content Posting

When you choose to publish content (video or photo carousel) to TikTok through the Service, you will be presented with a publishing dialog where you:

  • Preview the video before posting.
  • Write or edit the caption and hashtags.
  • Select the privacy level for your post (you must actively choose — no default is set).
  • Configure interaction settings (comments, duet, stitch).
  • Set content disclosures (promotional content, branded content, AI-generated content).
  • Review and agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.

No content is posted to TikTok without your explicit consent. You have full awareness and control over what is published to your TikTok account.

3.3 TikTok's Terms

Your use of TikTok through the Service is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies:

You agree to comply with all applicable TikTok policies when using the TikTok integration features of the Service.

4. Content and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service. You agree that:

  • You will not create or publish content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You will not create or publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, including but not limited to content involving violence, hate speech, harassment, adult content, dangerous activities, or illegal substances.
  • You will not use the Service to copy or redistribute content from other platforms without proper authorization.
  • You own or have the necessary rights and licenses for all content you create and publish.
  • You will accurately disclose commercial or branded content as required by applicable laws and TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
  • You will not add watermarks, logos, or promotional branding to content shared to TikTok, except for disclosures required by law.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text content, video clips, and image suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you post.
  • When publishing AI-generated videos to TikTok, you should disclose this using the AI-generated content disclosure option provided in the publishing dialog.
  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or original. You should verify content before publishing.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, render, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., rendering slides, exporting videos, publishing to TikTok).

The Service itself, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data received from TikTok.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

TikTok may change their API, policies, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the TikTok integration caused by changes on TikTok's end.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Content posted to TikTok or any other platform through the Service.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Unauthorized access to your account.
  • Interruptions or errors in the Service.
  • Actions taken by TikTok regarding your account or content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users.

Upon termination:

  • Your TikTok connection will be disconnected and tokens will be revoked and deleted.
  • Content previously published to TikTok will remain on TikTok unless you remove it directly from TikTok.
  • Your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam, misleading content, or automated bulk posts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Circumvent any rate limits, restrictions, or access controls.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
